As standard each website has a TITLE, DESCRIPTION and a KEYWORD (not really used now by Google) meta tag.
Your websites title is the most important meta field for SEO. Your title should be crystal clear exactly what you do and contain some buzz words that people might be searching for. Each title should ideally be no more than 70 characters long. From your title your customers and Google should know exactly what your business is and does.
Next on the SEO list is the meta description. Your website description should be no more than 156 characters in length and should contain exactly what your business does or products that you supply. Its always best to try make both the description and the title contain the same keywords for relevancy. The keywords used should also be used in your page content.
